Due to the Corona Virus, we have been forced to shut our shop but WE ARE ALLOWED TO DO DELIVERIES.
How It Works
1.You must give us the telephone number of the person who will receive the flowers. We will then make an appointment with them for the delivery.
2. We will put the flowers in front of their door, ring the bell and then step back until flowers are picked up.
3. We will receive more flowers this week but we cannot guarantee the bouquets and centre pieces will look exactly like the photos on our website. Please be assured we will match them as best we can!
When at CHECKOUT, the Comunidad de Valencia includes the province of ALICANTE.
What are your delivery options in Jávea?
We organise the deliveries ourselves. Deliveries in Jávea are free of charge providing the total order is 35 euros or more. A delivery charge of 5 euros will be added to deliveries less than that.
And deliveries outside of Jávea?
We can deliver to Jesús Pobre, Gata de Gorgos and the Marina Alta Hospital in La Jara/Xara for 12 euros.
Will my order look exactly like the picture?
We will prepare the order as closely as possible to the picture. If a specific flower is not in season, i.e. tulips in summer, we will substitute the flower with something similar.
Can I customise my order?
If you have a special request we will try to match it as closely as possible, providing the requested flowers are in stock. Please call us.
Do you provide same day delivery?
Orders received before 12.00, yes! Orders received after this time will be delivered the next day. Please note that Saturday afternoons we are closed.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No, we are closed on Sundays except when it is Mother's Day!
What happens if the recipient isn't in?
We will try to leave the order securely on the property or leave them with the neighbours. If the above two options are not available, we will leave a card in the door or on the gate and bring the flowers back to the shop and arrange re-delivery.
NB: It is important that we have the telephone number of the recipient to avoid too many trips with the flowers.
What is your returns policy?
If the product is a vase or pot for example, these can be returned and provided the item has not been damaged in any way, we will make a full refund. Fresh flowers cannot be returned.
